We cover all training aspects from fundamental to advance coaching modules in max velocity, jump technique, hurdles and throws wether you are looking for a single technique assessment or a full season training. Our approach to coaching athletes from beginner to elite is training all 3 elements of the mind, body and soul. We use a positive affirmation coaching style to develop and reinforce each athlete's mental confidence. We teach functional mechanics and develop the physical strength to help athletes perform at their highest level. And we encourage the belief in a moral and respectful attitude towards others as well as building their self respect to not only help prepare athletes for all phases of competition, but also to help foster leaders in school and the community outside of sports.
