Winston is a 7-Time NAIA All-American, NAIA Indoor National Champion in the Men's Heptathlon, NAIA Indoor 60m Hurdles Record Holder for Men's Hep.

Michaela is a 2-Time NAIA All-American with a NAIA Outdoor Nationals Runner Up title for Triple Jump, 2x Conference Champ and 3x School Record Holder.

After training just one season under Coach Sonny, Isabelle became a 2-Time NAIA All-American Pole Vaulter for both NAIA Indoor and Outdoor Nationals.

Makena is brand new to track in 2021, trained hard for 6 weeks learning all the events for the pentathlon and finished 2 overall for her age group at USATF Junior Olympics.

KJ trained with Coach Ian for 4 weeks working on his running form and linear speed prior to his Pro Day in Florida.  He signed his rookie contract with LA Chargers in July 2021.

Amanda is a 4-Time NAIA All-American, NAIA Indoor National Champion in Women's High Jump in 2019 & Runner Up in 2020.  3x Conference Champ and 2x School Record Holder.

Byron trained with Coach Ian in preparation for the 2018 NFL Combine and dropped his 40yr dash from 4.68 to 4.47 and then won the Super Bowl his rookie season.

Nik trained with Coach Ian working on his linear speed prior to the 2019 NFL Combine improving his form and speed down to 4.40 in the 40yr dash prior to being drafted by the Dolphins that spring.

Shaq played for Oakland and trained with Coach Ian in 2018-2019 off season coming off an injury before joining the Canadian Football League in Toronto.

Will trained with Coach Ian working on his agility and linear speed after the 2019 season.

Blake trained with Coach Ian for 6 weeks on his running form & linear speed.  He dropped his 40yr dash down to 4.62 at 229lbs on his 2018 Pro Day

Geremy trained with Coach Ian during his 2018 pre-season focussing on linear speed and agility.  He went onto be one of the Chargers go-to receivers that season.
