Service Description
Acceleration and top end speed is a skill that everyone can learn! In this course we provide athlete's, coaches and/or parents with the knowledge, drills and exercises that help improve biomechanics and efficiency for acceleration to develop into max top end speed properly. There is a difference between 1-3 step bursts of agility and max velocity sprinting, and we make sure the athlete's not only know the difference but can perform each skill effectively.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a 1-on-1 training session due to non-emergency, please contact us at least 8 hours ahead (24 hrs if possible) and let us know your reason for canceling. Rescheduling will be the first option before one is eligible for a partial or full refund. 1-on-1 training sessions can be rescheduled based on athlete and coach availability as close as two hours prior to the scheduled session. Workshops, Courses, Classes, Camps or Clinics must be canceled 3 days prior to the start date to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Any Camp, Class or Clinic that may be canceled by us will generate refunds unless the event is rescheduled.
