Service Description
In this camp we will show you how to be quicker off the line, be more explosive, stop on a dime and change direction faster than before. Athletes, coaches and/or parents will learn some drills and exercises they can take home and practice on their own to help take their game to another level.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a 1-on-1 training session due to non-emergency, please contact us at least 8 hours ahead (24 hrs if possible) and let us know your reason for canceling. Rescheduling will be the first option before one is eligible for a partial or full refund. 1-on-1 training sessions can be rescheduled based on athlete and coach availability as close as two hours prior to the scheduled session. Workshops, Courses, Classes, Camps or Clinics must be canceled 3 days prior to the start date to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Any Camp, Class or Clinic that may be canceled by us will generate refunds unless the event is rescheduled.
