Service Description
***PLEASE NOTE*** This service is booked via our Membership Training Plans This is a one (1) month strength training plan that consists of two (2) weight training sessions per week for 4 weeks. Each plan is sport specific with pre-season, early season or championship season time frame taken into consideration. For questions about what type of strength plan might be best for you, please email us prior to booking so that we can be sure to tailor the plan to fit your needs / goals.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a 1-on-1 training session due to non-emergency, please contact us at least 8 hours ahead (24 hrs if possible) and let us know your reason for canceling. Rescheduling will be the first option before one is eligible for a partial or full refund. 1-on-1 training sessions can be rescheduled based on athlete and coach availability as close as two hours prior to the scheduled session. Workshops, Courses, Classes, Camps or Clinics must be canceled 3 days prior to the start date to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Any Camp, Class or Clinic that may be canceled by us will generate refunds unless the event is rescheduled.
