Service Description
***PLEASE NOTE*** This service is booked via our Membership Training Plans This is a three (3) month strength training plan that consists of two (2) weight training sessions per week for 12 weeks. Each plan is sport specific with pre-season, early season or championship season time frame taken into consideration. Athlete's will receive a workout plan for month 2 and 3 following the completion of previous month's workouts and progress review with our Coach has been completed. If an athlete chooses to cancel prior to the start of the 2nd or 3rd month, a pro-rated rate will be refunded (if eligible) minus $10 cancellation fee. Younger or less experienced athletes might require more development time, in which case the 1 month Strength Training option is recommended for teaching proper lifting technique before implementing a longer training plan. Cancellation Policy
To cancel a 1-on-1 training session due to non-emergency, please contact us at least 8 hours ahead (24 hrs if possible) and let us know your reason for canceling. Rescheduling will be the first option before one is eligible for a partial or full refund. 1-on-1 training sessions can be rescheduled based on athlete and coach availability as close as two hours prior to the scheduled session. Workshops, Courses, Classes, Camps or Clinics must be canceled 3 days prior to the start date to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Any Camp, Class or Clinic that may be canceled by us will generate refunds unless the event is rescheduled.
