Service Description
***PLEASE NOTE*** This service is booked via our Membership Training Plans We offer Soul Cal Elite team membership that includes two practices per week for athletes of any sport to join and work on their running mechanics, acceleration, max velocity, agility, explosiveness, plyometrics, balance and coordination. These are general workouts that help improve athleticism for ALL sports. There are some situations where some athletes might not do a particular workout, for example, a football player might not do a heavy plyometric day on Thursday during their season if there is an upcoming game that weekend (alternate workout will be provided). As a Soul Cal Team Member, athletes looking to do event specific training get a discounted rate on your 1-on-1 service options (discounted packages will be setup via email from our coaching staff). Families with multiple athletes are eligible for discount on 2 or more athletes.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a 1-on-1 training session due to non-emergency, please contact us at least 8 hours ahead (24 hrs if possible) and let us know your reason for canceling. Rescheduling will be the first option before one is eligible for a partial or full refund. 1-on-1 training sessions can be rescheduled based on athlete and coach availability as close as two hours prior to the scheduled session. Workshops, Courses, Classes, Camps or Clinics must be canceled 3 days prior to the start date to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Any Camp, Class or Clinic that may be canceled by us will generate refunds unless the event is rescheduled.
